I’ve stayed at several of Jay’s Airbnbs close to two dozen times over the course of the last several years, which is a testament to how reasonably priced, conveniently located, clean, quiet and well maintained Jay’s Airbnbs are. Moreover, Jay is an incredibly gracious host. I would definitely recommend staying at any of Jay’s Airbnbs.

I travel through Cleveland regularly and have stayed with "Stay with Jay" for 10 nights (each a one night stay) since November of 2024. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Very satisfied! The rooms with shared bathrooms were just fine for me. The suites with their own bathroom, even better. Thanks Jay and staff. See you next time! Marty

Jay is the host with the most as the saying goes. He goes out of his way to be helpful and is always friendly and in a good mood. His rooms are clean with plenty of amenities, such as water, soap, and great showers. This was my second time and I will definitely return as traveling through Cleveland is necessary for me during this time of my life. I highly recommend staying with Jay if you need and want an affordable room with kitchen privileges and plenty of space to get comfortable.

Jay's place was a welcome relief after a long drive. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and crisp white sheets. There were 2 large fluffy towels, 2 bottles of water, and a role of tp for a shared bathroom. It was clean with a nice shower. The shared kitchen was well stocked with teas, coffee, and bottled water in the fridge. Street parking was available first come, first serve. Overall it was a great value and I felt safe while traveling by myself. The only thing that would have made it better is on for the ac to be turned on in the room prior to arrival so it might cool down quicker on sweltering days.

This is probably the best place to stay for 1 person! It’s old but spotlessly cleaned! I had just got a refund from an air bnb same price as this one and it was absolutely filthy, the host saying “ you get what you pay for” I was Leary at jays price but when I stepped in it, I felt so comfortable, everything was immaculate! The fridge in the room is so convenient! The other guest was as sweet as pie! I left and came back, the cleaning lady had the place looking and smelling like heaven! This will be my go to place for future visits! 20/10

Jay is a wonderful, thoughtful, clever, intellectual international citizen. His Cleveland offerings are wonderful and communal, like a CO-OP. The public spaces are lived in, welcoming, and accessible. He had watermelon and Brazilian Cheese Balls left out during my late night check-in, totally felt welcoming and thoughtful like family. In the morning we exchanged inspirational conversation about international community, outreach, and health. Afterwards he invited me to partake in a neighborhood community garden gathering with the local church and elders. To say the least, it was RAD! Jay is a golden man. Stay with him in the U.S.A. or in Brazil.

It’s one of the best Airbnb I’ve been to. Jay is really nice and chill. The bus station and train station is nearby, and also grocery stores. Would definitely live there again

Very pleasant quiet stay will definitely stay again, if I have a commute in the area. Jay & his staff (Erica) were phenomenal during my visit answered all questions and concerns in a timely fashion.
