It's the location I needed. Simple accomodations in a safe, if not scruffy neighborhood of Edgewater. Mass transit options are all around including the Rapid Red Line and it's very walkable which was key to me. Clean room, and a chill back patio on warmer days are selling points Complicated entry process was the only issue

Jay’s Quinta Suite Airbnb was clean, quiet, centrally located, and reasonably priced. Additionally, it has its own bathroom, air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, TV, and access to wifi. The instructions for locating and accessing the room were very well written, and therefore, easy to follow. Furthermore, Jay is an incredibly gracious host. I would highly recommend staying at any of Jay’s Airbnbs.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient and made getting around simple. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Nice price, can be similar to hostel setting ie. private sleeping accommodation with a shared bathroom. Or ( depending on availability) there’s a private room on the top floor that has its own attached private bathroom (mapa suite) which is my personal preference. I thought the host was quick to respond, the accommodation was clean and exactly as described. All said, I have no complaints, this is an incredibly reasonable price for a place to sleep/rest while traveling and is exactly as advertised. Host is no nonsense and I genuinely appreciate that as it keeps everyone safe and comfortable. Read their rules and descriptions of the Airbnb and you should have no issues.

A decent place in a lovely part of town. Price was a fair bargain, and the host was quick to address a check-in problem. Thanks to the hosts as well for allowing me to return after checkout to retrieve a forgotten item. I’d consider returning next time I have a reason to be in the Cleveland area.
