About

This home has most if not all the conveniences needed for a pleasant stay. Fully equipped kitchen is available for use. Laundry on the first floor as well as two additional full baths. This room is on the first floor of our home. Parking on the driveway and on street. It has two full shared bathrooms as well.

Good to know

Location convenience, Gordon Square, downtown from I 90 is only 7 minutes away without traffic and about 14 minutes with traffic. Edgewater Park is less than 2 miles away as well. Lakewood also a 7 minute drive or Uber ride.

Work travelers and road warriors: this place is made with you in mind. We worked really hard to make sure you have all the conveniences of a hotel but with a home feeling. Every bedroom is equipped with cable and smart tv. There is a desk where work can be accomplished and four full bathrooms, two of them are shared. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or to just heat up a microwave dinner. Food delivery is super convenient as well. Uber Eats delivers here from the best restaurants and diners in town. 3 Cameras are located outside. One on the back of the house, facing the backyard and driveway. This camera is also motion activated. A second camera is located o the right side of the property facing the driveway and the street. This camera is also motion activated. The third camera is located on the front porch facing the street. This camera is also motion activated. These cameras are always recording and are triggered by movement.

Early check ins must be requested and are only granted based on availability. Early check ins may not exceed 2 hours prior to check in time. 6 - Bathroom etiquette: Only toilet paper down the toilet. All other discarded items to be placed on the trash bins located in the bathrooms. Security: 3 Exterior Cameras are installed for everyone's security 1 in the back yard, 1 in the front yard 1 by the side door entrance. No security cameras are located inside the property. Cameras capture motion and will be recording 24/7, including during active reservations.

Neighborhood

It is less than a mile from the famous Gordon square. Less than 9 dollars uber/lyft ride from downtown Cleveland. All bus routes, and RTA are within a block or two. There is a firehouse 2.5 blocks out so sirens can be heard every once in a while.

Everything you'd like in an airbnb, with no unnecessary frills and no rigmarole, everything is very drivable in the area, and it was a safe and comfortable house with good security measures, speaking as afab solo travelor. Solid communication and clear instructions; after a long 10 hour drive, it was easy to park in the back go straight to my bed to pass out. Best experience so far with an Airbnb and next time I'm in the area I'll hit this place up again. Thank you Jay!
