Perfect location for family/friends gathering. 14+ people can comfortably sleep in this home. Bedrooms: 6 Full Baths: 4 Parking: 5-6 spots Fully equipped Kitchen, the Dining room sits 8 comfortably. Central Air. 7 TVs. High-speed internet & cable in all rooms. Laundry room on the first floor. Spacious front porch and back yard for relaxation during the warmer months. ***Parties and events are not allowed.

Good to know

This home was renovated in 2018. All floors are new, appliances, and bathrooms. The downstairs is fairly open with tons of space to congregate and socialize. In 2021, 35 new windows were installed. 2023 back porch deck is coming. :) First floor: 1 Bedroom off the living room, and a full bath. Second Floor: 1 suite, plus 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Third Floor: Master suite with a full bathroom What to watch out for: Stairs going up squeak (still). Some rooms are warmer than others, however, we have additional space heaters on the ready if someone needs them.

Other Details to Note

Guests have access to the entirety of the property with exception of basement (materials and supplies are stored there, as well as an additional laundry space which is used by our cleaning crew to take care of linens, towels etc.) The basement is locked at all times and our cleaning crew does not access the living space of the home unless requested by the guests. 3 Cameras are located outside. One on the back of the house, facing the backyard and driveway. This camera is also motion activated. A second camera is located o the right side of the property facing the driveway and the street. This camera is also motion activated. The third camera is located on the front porch facing the street. This camera is also motion activated. These cameras are always recording and are triggered by movement.

What is: near Gordon Square, and Edgwater Park, less than 1 minute from I90 and 8 minutes or so from downtown. 53 minutes from Cedar Point 8 minutes from progressive filed, Quicken Loans arena, and First Energy (browns stadium) What is not It is not Lakewood... Lakewood is 10 minutes away driving. Rocky River, 15 minutes. But again, with the Freeway being so close, it is a matter of minutes. During the day is perfectly fine to walk, during night hours less okay. There is a firehouse two blocks east of the home. Also, Lake Erie is a 4 minute drive.

All property is available for guests, except the basement (used for storage).

Find us

If working downtown, public transportation is the best way to go. Only one bus will take straight downtown. Bus stop is about one block away. For night outs Uber and Lyft are the way to go, all major spots in Cleveland are about a 8 dollars Uber ride from this home.
