Your room is on the first floor of the house. There's a full bathroom on the first floor and another one on the second floor which is shared between 2 guests. In the basement you will find a set of washer and dryer, which is available for you to use at no additional cost. Come for a night, maybe stay for a week or two, many of our former guests do. Also on the first floor there is a spacious living room and dining room, and of course a large kitchen fully equipped, with 2 full size refrigerators.

To abide by local legal requirements, guests must complete our secure verification process, which includes providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, and signing our lease agreement before check-in. Check-in instructions will only be provided upon successful completion of this process. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Work travelers and road warriors: this place is made with you in mind. We worked really hard to make sure you have all the conveniences of a hotel but with a home feeling. Every bedroom is equipped with cable and smart tv. There is a desk where work can be accomplished and four full bathrooms, two of them are shared. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or to just heat up a microwave dinner. Food delivery is super convenient as well. Uber Eats delivers here from the best restaurants and diners in town. 3 Cameras are located outside. One on the back of the house, facing the backyard and driveway. This camera is also motion activated. A second camera is located o the right side of the property facing the driveway and the street. This camera is also motion activated. The third camera is located on the front porch facing the street. This camera is also motion activated. These cameras are always recording and are triggered by movement.

Non-Negotiable Rules: Any guest after 1, must be registered in the reservation. Never bring guests that are not registered. No exceptions. Do not move furniture without asking Parking is on the street, across from the house. Wash your own pots and pans, and use the dishwasher for dishes, utensils, and glasses Personal belongings must be stored in your own private room. Check-in is at 3 PM or later. Early check-in based on availability, only with approval, will incur a 10-dollar fee, paid before check-in. Check-Out is at 10 AM or earlier. Late check-out is based on availability, only with approval, and will incur a 10-dollar fee per hour, paid prior to check-out. Preferred Behavior: Eating in the dining room is better than eating in your room. :)
