Please keep all noise, music, and conversations low during these times so everyone can enjoy a restful night. • Check in is after 4:00 PM. Please message us as soon as you check in. • Check out is by 10:00 AM. Please send us a message when you check out. • Only registered guests may be present – no sneaky extra guests! • Respect the property and treat it like your own. Clean up after yourself and leave everything as you found it. • Be kind and considerate to all guests and staff. • If you need anything, notice a problem, or have a question, reach out to us right away – we’re here to help. To abide by local legal requirements, guests must complete our secure verification process, which includes providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, and signing our lease agreement before check-in. The second floor apartment is private to you. Non smoking. No exceptions. No smoking in the backyard or front porch. This is a strictly non smoking property. We have other properties were smoking in external areas is allowed, however, this property is NOT one of them.
