This is a great apartment! Private and spacious. It has all the amenities you need. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful, and I didn't have issues walking through it. Loved staying here, thanks Jay!

Nice price, can be similar to hostel setting ie. private sleeping accommodation with a shared bathroom. Or ( depending on availability) there’s a private room on the top floor that has its own attached private bathroom (mapa suite) which is my personal preference. I thought the host was quick to respond, the accommodation was clean and exactly as described. All said, I have no complaints, this is an incredibly reasonable price for a place to sleep/rest while traveling and is exactly as advertised. Host is no nonsense and I genuinely appreciate that as it keeps everyone safe and comfortable. Read their rules and descriptions of the Airbnb and you should have no issues.

A decent place in a lovely part of town. Price was a fair bargain, and the host was quick to address a check-in problem. Thanks to the hosts as well for allowing me to return after checkout to retrieve a forgotten item. I’d consider returning next time I have a reason to be in the Cleveland area.

Jay’s Quinta Suite Airbnb was clean, quiet, spacious, reasonably priced, and centrally located. It had its own bathroom and mini frig, ceiling fan, TV, and access to wifi. Moreover, Jay is an incredibly gracious host! I would highly recommend staying at any of Jay’s Airbnbs.

Jay’s “Puro Cuarto | Room 10 min Downtown” rental was clean, quiet, reasonably priced, and centrally located. Moreover, Jay is an incredibly gracious host! I would highly recommend staying at any of Jay’s rentals.

Jao is a great man. He was really attentive and caring. I didn't want to drive an hour all the way home after work that night since the roads were so bad so I contacted Jay. I don't get off work till late at night and it was below zero, and he made sure I was able to check-in and make it in safely even that late at night. The place felt like a hotel, but a little better. Comfy, cozy, plenty of privacy, and easy to check-in. I would highly recommend Jay's place to anyone! 🫶🏾

Good AirBnb that is comfortable. No issues with check-in and having parking options (both on the street and near the garage) was good to have. All the amenities I needed (kitchen with stove, fridge, and microwave, laundry with washer and dryer) were available and worked well. Nearby to restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely return.

Jay is the host with the most as the saying goes. He goes out of his way to be helpful and is always friendly and in a good mood. His rooms are clean with plenty of amenities, such as water, soap, and great showers. This was my second time and I will definitely return as traveling through Cleveland is necessary for me during this time of my life. I highly recommend staying with Jay if you need and want an affordable room with kitchen privileges and plenty of space to get comfortable.
