3 Cameras are located outside. One on the back of the house, facing the backyard and driveway. This camera is also motion activated. A second camera is located o the right side of the property facing the driveway and the street. This camera is also motion activated. The third camera is located on the front porch facing the street. This camera is also motion activated. These cameras are always recording and are triggered by movement.

Jay was very flexible. I accidentally chose the wrong dates for my stay, and he was quick to fix it. It’s very much worth the money! And if you are into old historic buildings, Jay’s place is affordable and full of history.

My stay at Jay’s place was amazing. The space was clean, large, and peaceful. There’s so many places close by to eat and shop. I would 1,000% book with Jay again when I come back home to Ohio to visit.

Very responsive and accommodating host. Fluffy towels and awesome smelling body wash in the bathroom! Very clean and peaceful environment with clear instructions. Will definitely stay again if visiting the area!

Find us

Parking on the back of the driveway. Please no blocking other guests’ vehicles. RTA is a 5 minute walk, and it takes you directly downtown or even to the airport. For the football fans, the RTA takes you to the stadium as well. Better than parking there.
